Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Shipping Methods:

Standard Post: 3-5 business days (metro), 5-10 business days (regional/remote)

Express Post: 1-2 business days (metro and regional areas within Australia Post Express network)

Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight

FREE Standard Shipping on orders $110+ (Australia only)
All domestic orders include tracking via Australia Post.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm AEST may be processed the next business day.
Delivery Restrictions:

We cannot ship to PO Boxes

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
Shipping Costs:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Delivery Timeframes:
7-21 business days depending on destination. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.
Important Information for International Customers:

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply upon delivery

USA customers: Orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees. Please note we currently cannot ship orders over $150 USD to the USA due to customs regulations

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

International tracking is available but may not update once packages leave Australia
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Track your order at auspost.com.au
Delivery Issues
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately at info@queenbeesecrets.com.au - we can only make changes if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If Australia Post cannot complete delivery, your package will be held at your nearest post office for collection. You will receive a collection card with instructions.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders:
Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within:

14 days of dispatch (domestic orders)

30 days of dispatch (international orders)
Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us at info@queenbeesecrets.com.au within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and/or products. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, contact us at info@queenbeesecrets.com.au within 4 hours of placing your order. Due to our fast processing times, orders are typically dispatched on the same day, so we can only cancel orders that have not yet been sent.
